Harassment and discrimination can have a devastating impact on an educational institution's work environment and enormous personal consequences to those involved. Supervisors have a responsibility to both their employees and their institution to know their role in preventing and responding to all forms of workplace harassment and discrimination, including sexual harassment. This course is intended to help develop a set of values in managerial and supervisory employees that will assist them in preventing and effectively responding to incidents of discrimination and workplace harassment.
