Uncontrolled Energy Short: Electric Shock – Brandon’s Story

Electrical systems are safe when used correctly, but can still pose risks to those working with electric tools, equipment, or circuits. This course gives a basic definition of how electric circuits work, and introduces the three-stage model of electrical safety: recognizing, evaluating, and controlling hazards. It describes what's involved in each of the three stages, as well as the importance of following safe practices to prevent electric shock.
