Essential Standards of Conduct (ESOC) employee training is a fundamental component of Kemper's commitment to a compliant and ethical culture. As an employee, you represent the face of our company in every business transaction, every phone call, and every e-mail. We have created standards that provide specific guidance for ethical behavior, but it's up to you to practice those principles in all your day-to-day work. This training includes video, narration, and text. You may elect to watch the video and listen to the audio or mute the audio using the volume controls of your computer or mobile device to read the text.
