As an employee, you represent the face of our company in every business transaction, every phone call, and every e-mail. We have created policies that provide specific guidance for ethical behavior, but it's up to you to practice those principles in all your day-to-day work. Doing so will enhance the company's reputation, and protect both you and the organization from the consequences that can result from unethical actions and legal violations.
